We have a very simple approach to quality. We strive for zero errors and to provide excellent production and services to our clients. Our definition of quality is inseparable from a proactive approach to HSE. We are committed to utilizing and meeting all the international standards as we are licensed and certified AP -6A 21st last Edition, API-QI 10th, edition, and ISO 9001/2015.
TBPSCO Facility has all the modern and most advanced inspection equipment (3d dimensions arm, Ultrasonic thickness gauge, digital roughness, OES PMI) to monitor and verify our product compliance to international standards & specifications covering all necessary mechanical, chemical, hydrostatic tests and NDT (VT, UT, RT, MT, and PT).
HSE
THARWA-BREDA HSE policies are based on minimizing HSE risks and protecting TBPSCO employees, contractors, clients, interested parties, assets, work, and the surrounding environment during implementation, maintenance, construction, and other activities. TBPSCO is committed to managing a rigorous HSE program with the objectives of accident prevention, occupational ill health, and environmental impacts. On general HSE issues TB will be committed to the following:
- Hold HSE to the highest value and strive to fulfill and optimize the use of continual improvement practices through cost-effective and self-assessment. As the basis for “Zero Accident” Tolerance.
- Comply with all applicable HSE compliance obligations in Egypt and other requirements that the organization subscribes to as stipulated on the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Monitor and audit performance regularly to guarantee commitments are executed.
- Provide professionally a safe work environment to employees working for and on behalf of TBPSCO.
- Ensure project personnel have received the required HSE training.
- Spread ownership for HSE effectiveness throughout our projects.
- Promote HSE lifestyles and practices through education and encouragement.
- Integrate HSE considerations into bid decisions, planning, and execution of TBPSCO projects.
- Continually improve HSE-related technologies and processes.
- Communicate actively, visibly, and effectively with shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers, regulators, and the public on HSE matters
